He was kind and explained everything to me in terms I could understand and assured me that things would be handled properly, efficiently and to best of his knowledge. He and the field supervisor came out the next day to look at all of the issues at hand and got them fixed up. I am very thankful that he was so thorough on his inspection. He definitely cares about his clients and will do what he can.
